At NetEstate, we specialize in the transfer of unique digital assets (domain names). Due to the irreversible nature of domain ownership transfers, we maintain a strict policy regarding cancellations and refunds.

1. Nature of Digital Assets
A domain name is a unique digital asset. Once ownership is transferred via a "Push" (internal transfer between registrar accounts) or an "Auth-Code/EPP Key" (transfer between different registrars), the transaction is considered complete and permanent.

2. Refund Policy
No Refunds: All sales are final. Once a domain transfer has been initiated or the transfer credentials (Auth-Code) have been shared with the buyer, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances.
Buyer’s Due Diligence: It is the buyer’s responsibility to ensure the domain name is suitable for their needs, including checking for trademark availability and SEO history, prior to purchase.

Before Transfer: If you wish to cancel an order, you must do so within 2 hours of the purchase and before we have initiated the transfer process.
Process: To request a cancellation, please email [Hola@NetEstate.in] with your Order ID.
Transaction Fees: In the event of a pre-transfer cancellation, a processing fee of 10% (to cover payment gateway and administrative costs) will be deducted from the refund amount.

If we are unable to complete the transfer of the domain name to the buyer due to a technical error on our part (e.g., the domain is no longer available or we cannot provide the Auth-Code), a 100% full refund will be issued to the original payment method.
Note: We are not responsible for transfer failures caused by the buyer’s inability to provide a valid registrar account or their failure to follow transfer instructions.

In cases where a refund is approved (under Section 4 or Section 3), the amount will be credited back to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days, as per the standard processing times of our payment partners (Razorpay/Zoho Payments).
