By using this website or purchasing assets from NetEstate, you agree to these terms. NetEstate is the trade name for the individual business operated by Sree Lakshmi Vundela.

1. Domain Sales & Ownership

NetEstate operates in the secondary domain market. We sell digital assets (domain names) "as-is." The purchase of a domain grants you the right to use that URL; it does not inherently grant trademark rights to the words within that domain.

2. Payment & Delivery

• Verification: All orders are subject to payment verification.

• Delivery: Once payment is confirmed, we will provide the Auth-Code or initiate a registrar "Push" within 24–48 hours.

• Registrar Requirements: The buyer must have an account at a recognized domain registrar to receive the asset.

3. Limitation of Liability

NetEstate is not responsible for any trademark disputes, SEO history, or future registry price increases associated with a domain. Our liability is strictly limited to the purchase price of the domain.

4. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any legal proceedings shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Andhra Pradesh, India
